We offer FREE Domestic Shipping on orders over $50. Orders ship in 3-5 days.

Please contact us and ship the item back within 5 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued less any shipping costs that were incurred.

Customers are responsible for shipping fees incurred while shipping items back. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are not reimbursed. Please allow 4-5 days for your item to be received and refunded, and 10 days for an exchange.

Custom jewelry and sale items are not eligible for returns. Jewelry bought from a retailer other then LIV Rose Jewelry are not eligible for return. If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our Retailers, you may contact them directly and they will be happy to help you find something you love.

Cancellations are not accepted.

All pieces are handmade and each piece is unique and should be handled with care. Natural stones tend to vary slightly in size and color. To maintain the finish on your jewelry pieces, apply all lotions and perfumes before putting on your jewelry, do not wear jewelry in water or while exercising. Gently clean with a microfiber cloth.
